Loopy change account details scenario

I want to change the name on my email account from my nickname to my actual name so that outgoing emails look more formal.

Every time I try to do it, the system keeps on asking for the password and even when I do get in to change it the change never sticks.

What is going on!?

Hi @Perranoak Are you accessing the email account via webmail? If not try logging in that way and let us know how you get on.
