I've had BT Broadband for several months with no problems. Since returning from a week's holiday ( hub left on) I have noticed that the blue 'b' light has turned to orange several times and connection has been temporarilly lossed. It has, within minutes, sorted itself. I have also received messages saying that my BTYahoo Email account could not be detected (I have previously had this message on my Ipod but the account functioned properly) Despite this message, my Email account continues to be OK. It might be my imagination, but it seems that the loss of connectivity coincides with logging in to my Email account.

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the adsl stats from your router may need to 'show detail' to get all stats (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser and navigate to adsl or use a-z, if netgear enter 192.168.0.1) and run btspeedtester (MAC users may have problems) BT Speedtester and post the results .
