You will find out soon if its equipment failure or not. A new modem didnt fix my problem.

lost connection  again just under 12 hours after I rebooted the modem, this time I reset the hh3 and that got the connection back so think it is the hub not the modem, will see what they send and if it works as I say BT seemed to acknowledge there are faulty hubs out there

 

sorry it didn't fix your problem Bullitt - is it solved yet?

I figured out how to do a temporary fix but they never offered me a new home hub.
