just read through all the post and see I asked a couple of time about if you were connected to the master or test socket or somewhere else but you never replied.  also do you have extension sockets in other rooms in your home?

The engineer came 2 weeks ago and re wired from outside to a new box in the house with the in built filter box I dont have any other extensions

your connection speed has come back up to 3712 but your profile is still rock bottom following the previous very low connection speed.  not a lot you can do but wait on engineer coming on friday

another reset and a drop in speed again - still engineer should be there tomorrow
