Re: Loss of speed on download

your noise margin is a bit high at 13.1 due to the resets/disconnections as normal is about 6.  at present you need to stay connected 24/7 until your profile rises to 3000 which normally takes 3/5 days.

once you have your profile back you could try the test socket and see f your connection will get better as with an attenuation of 50 you could get a connection speed of about 4.8mb on a good line with no noise problems

Re: Loss of speed on download

you can check btspeedtester to see if your profile has increased but I expect it will take the 3/5 days 24/7 connected before any increase - you halfway there roughly

Re: Loss of speed on download

you have a 3.7mb connection but your profile is still at rock bottom 135.

normally that should rise on your current speed to 3000 in 3/5 days stable connection which you have not reached yet.

if it does not change say after at least 3 days stable then contact the mods  http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951

it may take mods a few days to get back to you and if profile has not risen by then and provided connection still stable then mods will fix it for you

Re: Loss of speed on download

have you run btspeedtester to see if your profile has changed to 3000 from rock bottom 135?
