Lost Emails

Tried to search for some old emails this morning and discovered that any incoming emails prior to 2015 are no longer there , I have sent back to 2010, and there should be sent prior to that as well. 

I have contacted the premium mail contacts and two calls later no success in fact the second just repeated the sale questions the first one did not impressed with tech support. 

 Checked spam etc and both webmail and via mail on my mac .

Any suggestions

Hi @twg1 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry to see that you've lost some old emails. If the emails have been lost or deleted in the last 7 days we may be able to recover them if you follow these instructions on the BT.com help page. This guide is only applicable if you're still on the Yahoo email platform.

I've also sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team if that doesn't work and we can raise a case with our email experts.
