Lost order for free BT Privacy at Home with Caller Display and BT Answer 1571

I ordered online before the 4th January 2014 deadline and received a confirmation email with an order reference number.

On checking to-day I find that BT have no record of the order. I have received no indication of anything amiss with the order and have copies of both the confirmation email and screenshot of the order.

BT are investigating but I suggest anyone who placed a similar order online check theirs.

My order went into error then disappeared.

A day or so later, another order appeared and then completed quickly.

Result - I am now correctly in receipt of free caller display.
