Re: Low speed after line repair

The problem is your low profile of 0.75mb which eas probably the result of a low connection speed when you were having problems. If you stay connected 24/7 for 3/5 days maybe sooner and your profile will automatically correct itself based on your current connection speed.  Your download speed will then increase

Your connection time is only 14 hrs not 2 days. It is time connected to internet not just time router powered up

Re: Low speed after line repair

Go to solution

Hello again

I am sorry to say that my broadband speed has been gradually dropping since my last post when I thought my problem was solved. My line profile has dropped from 3Mbps down to 2Mbps and my download speed has has dropped correspondingly to 1.97Mbps. What can be done about this and why is it happening as my connection has been very stable. I can no longer stream video satisfactorily as I could before.

David
