I have just checked status and it looks like the line has dropped out again so maintaining 3 days connection is not going to be possible so what happens now please.
I have asked mod to see if they can help and probably engineer visit mods will post a contact us link
After completing the email NOT PM then you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod help. The mods will get back to you in 3/5 working days either by phone or email
