Low speeds and unable to connect

Go to solution
We have got a new bt home hub 5 and it had the usual early hiccups but for the past 2 days i have had some really annoying problems, my pc connects to the wifi fine but i cant make any web searches, all my internet apps don't work and so on. My mobile devices connect but get a very low mb/s. This is a big difference to our usual 56mb/s. I have done basic checks like internet troubleshoot and reseting the router, i also checked for area problems and it said there was one but it was sorted, if anyone has any ideas of what to try let me know

Is it possible for you to test a wired connection?

Obviously, the problem is with the connection booster. What is it?
