Hi, I have been trying to claim my M&S voucher but don't have an "AJM" number anywhere in my account, only a VOL number. The site won't accept it, how can I sort this?

If you cannot find it then try https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Look for the sales reference on this page, top right.
It may also be on the email you received from BT, confirming your order.
If not, then try the Billing Live Chat Team they should be able to give it to you.
Hi @Andrew815, the AJM order reference is included an email that lets you know the broadband has been connected. If you have any problems finding it post back and I'll be happy to help.
