M&S Vouchers still NOT arrived

Unfortunately this has not yet been resolved. The £40 M&S vouchers have not arrived.

 

Details were supplied to moderator JohnC following my original post below. I did post a reply there too but haven't been able to contact him directly, maybe because the thread was marked "Solved"??

 

MS Voucher NOT arrived

 

After being asked to contact JohnC again if they hadn't turned up 30 days from our last communication on 10 January, I wonder if JohnC or anyone else can pursue this further please?

@Humphrey3000 Sorry about that, we're aware of further delays with the vouchers but we will chase this up and as soon as there is an update @JohnC2 will get in touch with you.

Hi @Humphrey3000 Sorry that the delivery of your M&S voucher has not happened yet. The promotions team have apologised and advised that they are experiencing a delay with some vouchers currently. Your voucher has been arranged already and will be with you within the next 14 days. As before post back to let me know if you receive or not and I'll chase again if required.
