Hoping I can get some help here. Applied for the M&S voucher following signing up to a new package a year ago. Filled out the form 3 times over the last 9 months and no voucher yet. Received the BT card no probs but the M&S voucher remains illusive.
seems like a fair few folks have had the same challenge. No email / contact number available for support and, despite waiting in a queue for 30+ mins to speak to an advisor I was informed they can’t help with promotional offers.
would be great if one of the BT community could help resolve this.
