please can you help, we purchased phone and broadband through Uswitch and have not received M and S vouchers which I claimed and also BT rewards say I have none to claim.How do I resolve this please ?

Hi paddy I made a post on this forum at the end of last month with the issue and received a similar reply to this one from a mod named NeliO. He sent me a privet message requesting more information which i replied to and haven heard anything since I was wondering if you could look into my issue too.
We are working our way through all of the issues like yours that came into us.
