M&S vouchers

Hello, how do I follow up on a claim for £40 M&S vouchers As promised part of my broadband package ? I filled in the broadband benefits voucher form to claim on 31st Dec, after my service was activated.

You need to allow 45 days from when you filled in the form, before it can be chased.

" Please allow up to 45 days from your service being activated and claim being received for your Gift Card to arrive. Please do not chase your Gift Card before the 45 days has elapsed."

Chasing M&S vouchers

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

M&S vouchers

I applied for a broadband package in December and £40 marks & Spencer‘s voucher was promised as part of the deal . I applied for the vouchers 90 days ago, because after the initial 45 days they were not been received, so I followed up and I was told to wait another 45 days. Now it is the end of that additional 45 days (so 90 days now), I’ve still not received any M&S vouchers online or in the post. Would the BT promotions team please follow up on this?

Thanks for posting. I'm really sorry for the delay in getting the voucher out to you. @StuartH has been out of the office but I've found your details and we will chase this for you. Unfortunately we are exceptionally busy due to the current crisis so it will take a little longer to resolve (I can appreciate you've already been waiting some time) but please be assured we will get this sorted for you.
