I've just signed a new contract for 2 years as I have added complete Wi-Fi, but as I now have unlimited minutes on my mobile, it seems pointless paying for unlimited calls on my landline, but I can't find a link for it anywhere on My BT? I can see caller I.D etc but nothing for unlimited minutes so that I can cancel that part. Cheers
Yeah I tried that and it wasn't listed there. After much googling, it turns out you need to choose "upgrade my package" and from there it lists it. Just about as counter-intuitive as it gets really!
Classic BT website. I’ll really expected it to be there. You may have to go to upgrade product even though you’re technically down grading it.
