Mail delivery failed

AdFender customers who purchase the Professional version using an email address that ends with @btinternet.com ends up not receiving their activation codes. Few days after the order confirmation email with the activation code is sent, the email bounces back with the message "Reason:delivery retry timeout exceeded". Greatly appreciate if you could look into this and fix the issue. Thanks.

This is a customer to customer forum. Have you ensured your mail host has a valid SPF and DKIM record for your domain?
