Mail not received by BT Internet users (Google Groups)

Hi - I'm not a BT Internet user myself, but I look after the email system for Bath cycling club.  We use Google Groups within G-Suite to manage mailing lists.  For some time, we've found that messages are not arriving at our members that use BT Internet for their email.  We've asked and they report that the messages aren't in their spam folders.  It appears that they might be being filtered/blocked at a higher level?  From the G-Suite interface, they don't show as 'bouncing'.

Any suggestions on how we can get this looked into / resolved?
