For some reason I have stopped receiving emails on my main btinternet.com email address and once of my secondary accounts. Emails are not arriving in the inbox when using mobile apps, Windows apps and the webmail interface.
If I send a message into the main account from a non-bt account, the message does not arrive but I also do not receive an error message from a postmaster. So it seems that the emails are successfully arriving with BT's servers just not displaying in my inbox.
The account can still send messages.
Messages are not going to spam.
Just spotted that on the secondary account the messages go straight to the trash folder
I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to try next...

Hi @IanT06 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your email. I'd recommend logging into webmail and checking if there are any incorrect rules set up. Once logged in click your email address in the top right then click settings, from there select mail and rules. Let me know how you get on.
It turns out the issue was caused my rules, strange thing is that the rules were set up years ago and had been working fine. But I deleted them and now everything is fine.
