I have been trying to make a complaint re the upgraded read downgraded email , however when I try make the complaint and I am taken back to the log in page and go round in circles. Any ideas?
Has anyone worked out how to have more than 1 email open at a time. I am astounded I am paying for a premium service and find that some of the functionality has been removed when upgraded! Am I missing something or are BT charging for providing a poorer service? In addition I cannot access BT mail on my smart phone, I need a third party email host, this is a joke. Wake up Mr BT.

There is a BTMail app for mobile phones. Go to the relevant app store for your device.
Depending on which "view" you are using, if you double click on the email in your list of emails it will open in new window. You can have as many windows open as you want.
You can change the view by clicking on the change view button on the right hand side.
Hi, Thanks very much for the info. I was referring to using bt mail on a laptop, since the upgrade I cannot see how to open multi emails at the same time.

As @@gg30340 said, double click and you can open as many as you want

I thought it was clear what I said "If you double click on the email in your list of emails it will open in new window" but for clarity, use one of the preview views, then when you double click on the email in the list of emails in the panel showing all you emails it will open your email in a separate window.
I'm amazed how many people there are on this forum who are paying BT for a 'premium' email service, why would anyone pay BT for a failed email service when you can get a premium email service for nothing from gmail

.... or pay for it when the can have the BT Basic email service for free if they are prepared to only access the email account via a web browser.
