Please can someone explain how one is supposed to raise a complaint online, as following the trail of options available invariably leads right back to where I started.
Failing that, is there an email address through which a complaint can be made?
Following the make a complaint link at the bottom of the page & clicking on raise a complaint leads to the following link where you should be able to raise one
