My router (Huawei B525) is a dual band 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz router.
When finally successfully connecting all four BT Whole Home wifi disks these only supports the 5GHz band.
My problem is, I have several 2.4GHZ devices which I would like connect to the “last link in the Daisy chain” and that is not possible, as the devices don’t support the 5GHZ band.
Is here a way to change the band on the disk at the end of the Daisy chain to 2,4GHz?
Grateful if anyone have a solution to this problem.

@greatdane the BT whole home wifi discs use AC2600 Dual-Band wireless technology and transmits both the 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz wireless bands. It's also recommended that you turn off the wireless signal on your router as this may be causing problems.
If you're having difficulty connecting to only the 2.4Ghz band have you tried resetting the discs and following the self help in the app?
If you need further help after trying this I'd recommend you get in touch with the helpdesk on 0808 100 6116

Yes, Thank you.
I still have problems connecting 2.4GHz devices though, but it must be the device manufacturers at fault then.

Hi @greatdane , have a look at this thread (scroll up and down; it's quite long!). I think it covers the same issue you're having with connecting devices unable to see the 2.4GHz band when it's definitely there.
Hope this helps.
Its this specific post I think.

Thank you very much for your persistant help. Much appreciated.
I have now managed to connect all three 2.4GHz devices. Please don't ask me how, but it is definetely down to the links gived by you members in this thread.
Many thanks
