Has your speed improved since your last test? I'm currently getting a download speed of 35mbps and have been getting at least that all weekend.
Since the fix on Thursday my connection has been constantly good (with the exception of the time between 9 and 11 the first evening) and i've been testing quite frequently just to make sure.

Yes i can agree same experience here. As well as the slow down in speed in the evenings as previously described I also had slow speeds at weekends.
I had slow speeds all afternoon less than 10mbps mostly but dropping to 1.5mbps - this has slowly climbed back up in the last hour or so to around 30mbps.
Will have to see how the evenings are.......
Now back up to its maximum that i get here of around 36mbps.....

The network team believe the issue has been resolved at the Kingsmead exchange. If you are still experiencing issue with your connection, please could you reboot your hub and retest your speeds this evening?
Yes, still seeing issues. Ran a BT wholesale speed test tonight and one came back about 4Mbps and it seems to be bobbling around in the sub-10s.
Below screen shots of my test and also speed test graph from an every 15 minute auto speed test. You can see it started dropping off around 6 or 7pm again and fell below 30 (my personal threshold for acceptable speeds) by 7.30/8pm. Then below the 20Mbps that the wholesale speedtest deems to be "acceptable" about 8.30 to 10pm.
Yes it's been up and down a bit all evening. Creeping back up over the last couple of hours.
