I'm sorry that some of you are still having problems with your broadband connection. I raised this with our network team this morning and BT Wholesale have investigated and advised us that further work is required which will be completed on the 06/11/15.
Apologies all for not updating here with my results more often. I've been working away during the week so struggling to get useful data. I just ran a test though and am getting the full 37Mbps download speed. I'll keep an eye on performance over the weekend and into next week and will report back here.
One more update from me: I'm happy to say all is looking good at this end.
Over the weekend, last night and again tonight my speeds have been well in excess of 25Mbps down at peak times and more normally right up at the 35-37Mbps end.
Fingers crossed the other users from Bath in this thread are seeing the same improved performance.
