Mastercard Reward Claim

Hi - I was due a mastercard rewards card, once my broadband had been activated.

However in myBT it says I have no rewards - has anyone else had this problem?

it says I have no rewards to claim - maybe because my broadband was only activated yesterday?

I thought i was eligible for an £80 mastercard award.
