Maximum Line speed package.

So I am served via FTTC and I am on Infinity Option 2. I get speeds of 77Mbps (Download) and 18Mbps (Upload). The engineer that installed my Infinity service said I could get a higher speed, over 100Mbps!!

I wish BT would put higher FTTC packages, but this would never happen.

People who could throw a rock at the cabinet just outside their window could probably recieve 300Mbps.

What do you think?

Re: Maximum Line speed package.

VDSL2 can already deliver speeds of up to 200Mbps no doubt even higher speeds will be attainable in the future.

As john stated though it is down to Openreach to implement and offer to ISP's at a price they will take it up.
