I've gone through all my devices and groups on the iOS app, and I've only set 7 schedules. But it says "You have set the maximum of 10 schedules already". I've tried deleting them all and recreating them, but the same problem. Is there any way to find the missing schedules?
The "My BT" iOS app connected to a Smart Hub 2. In the app:
More => Your wi-fi-network => Control wi-fi access for your devices
Against all devices it says "You have the maximum of 10 schedules already"
I phoned 150 broadband support on 20th June 2020 and was told there is clearly a glitch with the app on this.
My app reads ""You have set the maximum of 10 schedules already. To add a new schedule to this device you'll need to" That second sentence is incomplete on the screen and there is no option to access any schedules or delete them.
There is another thread on BT Community here: https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Devices/Smart-Hub-2-Set-timed-wifi-access-for-decices/td-p/2027419
The person i spoke to on the phone was very polite and understanding and assured me this would be reported up and corrected but I am still waiting to see if anything is done.
....I would add that there have been 99 views on your post to date, and 157 views on the other thread, which I would take to mean that others have been suffering with this issue, or at least that there is awareness of it beyond those posting here.
In the end I did a factory reset on the hub and that fixed it.
