I never got to try your suggestion back in February and have not had the need to visit the BT Sport app until now. As I now want to watch the two European football finals I tried to log in.
So I tried your suggested fix and changed my password. As I use the same ID and password for all my BT sites I tried it for all of those and it worked for them all bar the BT Sport app.
So I need you help please.

I tried to access BT Sport app on my Samsung TV back in February, when setting up a new TV, but it would not accept my password so I gave up as I had no immediate need.
In readiness to watch the two European cup finlals this week I tried again to log in. Every attempt, including changing my BT log-in details twice, failed. I have no issue with logging in to three other BT sites with the same log in details.
Here's hoping someone can help please.

PM relied to with the details you requested.
One thing I did not mention is that I do not have the ability to try on another device. However, as stated in my replies, the same log-in details work fine for my access to other BT websites.

My problem has been resolved and PM's sent to you and DarrenW.
I promise I did try very hard to get all the typing 100% accurate so many times, with help from two other people, so I don't know what went wrong every time.
