Micro disconnections + Very slow periods

I have had infinity for 3 months, the speed is okay. Usually around 67 and 20 up on speedcheck.

However, when viewing bbc iplayer or playing a game or using Adobe Connect ( conferencing software ) , I get what feels like micro disconnections, or loss of data.

Adobe connect is unusable, due to the disconnections making it so I have to be reconnected each time. Screen sharing is ultra slow.  In - game I have spikes that I assume are the same.

BBC live keeps losing connection too.

Here is data from a tracert to bbc

Re: Micro disconnections + Very slow periods

Are you using a wireless connection or direct Ethernet cable to your computer?

It could be the home hub renewing the DHCP lease, it does that very often for no reason.

Try setting a static IP on your PC, using my guide here Using static IP addresses on your home network
