Micro filters

Hi I have had bt broadband and sky tv installed for quite some time but whenever I have the sky box connected my broadband basically stops working I've been told it is probably the filters. Where should I place these? I currently have an adaptor so I can have sky and bt connected at same time I have the filter connected to the phone is this right? Thanks

Re: Micro filters

you need to have your sky and the phone connected to the phone side of a filter and the router connected to the other side.  everything connected to a phone socket must be filtered

Re: Micro filters

Be aware that filters do sometimes fail.  It may be worth swapping filters to see if that fixes the problem.
