Missing Amazon voucher

hi,

i signed up to BT mobile May 18th and still haven't received my £80 Amazon voucher.  I received a confirmation email after claiming my voucher.  I'm not actually sure that went through correctly as the number requested didn't match the number issued to me.  my number was 20 digits and they requested an 18 digit code.

I'm sorry you haven't received the voucher yet. You can chase them up by completing and submiting the chase form. Can you try that and let me know how you get on?

Hi David,
I have still not been able to sort the voucher out. I can't even fill out the chase form as the only code I have is a reference number and not a VOL number.
The order was placed on the 18th may. The sim was activated on the 21st May.
