Missing BT reward on account.

Hi, my BT broadband was activated on the 17th of November but the Mastercard reward is still not showing up on my account.

Could someone please help me with this.

John, grateful for PM too. Same issue. Service started on 23 Nov 20. Now past the 14 days. Have done the chat bot thing and they said on Tuesday my Reward would be on the it would be system within 48 hrs. Nothing still seen. Regards, Halloumikid

It can take up to 30 days for the reward to be made available depending on what was ordered but I'll be happy to take a look at this for you. I'll drop you a private message now.
