Missing Discovery channel's

I am on entertainment package but am not receiving channels 336/337 although they are shown on EPG. I have tried rebooting, return but no luck. Any ideas

If you really are on the Entertainment package that is a legacy package that is likely to have less channels than some of the current packages.

Current packages include  Enterainment Starter which would not include those two channels and Entertainment Plus that would

 see the what channels link at

I'm confused as I receive all channels from 307 to 390 including HD channels except these two channels.

I was on an older package called entertainment which did not include channels 336/337. I am now on entertainment plus which does include them. So all's well that ends well. Thanks to Gemma P for sorting it out
