Upon renewing my contract (24/10/16) I have lost my internet be channels and channel 433. After numerous phone calls being told it has been sorted. I am of the opinion that nobody knows how to do it and I am losing patience. Is there anybody who can help get it sorted before I cancel it altogether. Many thanks.
