Missing Reward on Account?

Hello, 

Could I kindly ask someone to advise me further; I recently purchased an Internet package that offered a £90 cashback offer. I have been "invited" and "reminded" to claim my cashback many times through my MyBT account but when I log in there is literally nothing there and the links on the website are not really all that helpful. What am I doing wrong? I purchased the packaged back at the beginning of August (2021) and have been connected to the internet through BT since the 23rd August but still cannot find out where to claim this cashback.
