We switched over to BT from another provoder December 15, the orignal order was placed in November 15. At the time the offer was £150 sainsbury's gift card if we signed up to BT infinity 12 month contract.
The start was't brilliant as we were left without any broadband for nearly six weeks as BT put it due to issues with the line, these issues didn't exist with the previous supplier who was supplying fiber broadband.
Next fiasco dispite various phonecalls and emails we are still waiting for this elusive sainsburys voucher.
