For various channels such as Pick, Really, Film 4 there is no summary or detail information when watching the programme or via the Guide. I think it started today. Has anyone got the same issue? Any idea how to fix?

We have the same issue this evening.I'll give it untill tomorrow then re-boot if things dont improve.
Logged call with BT.
Tried a software reset via Maintenance mode, but still no luck...Didn't fancy doing a Factory Reset and setting up everything again, the next step by the look of things...
Any other suggestions?
