Missing email body

I’m having so many problems with my email account I now only have titles of who the email is from but nothing else it’s saying body is blank they just disappear constantly and it’s forever signing me out but soon as I sign bk in I’ve lost the lot what’s going on I never used to have this problem it’s so frustrating

I'm sorry that you're having problems with your mailbox.  Are you using webmail (logging in on our website) or are you seeing this problem with an email client?

Post back and let me know how you're accessing the mailbox and we'll take it from there.

I’ve just got the bt email app on my mobile phone I just log in through that but I’ve just read there there’s been some problems with the server lots of people’s having the same thing il give it a day or two and see if they load back in it’s so frustrating thanks

Thanks Robbie they still missing at the moment some are there but most are not this is all it’s saying on my page it’s affecting my outbound ones too I’ve noticed
