Mobile Bill - E Mail

Good morning,

 

Just received the following email telling me my Mobile bill is available on line, guess what when I get there its:

Error: we are unable to present eBilling information etc. Please try again later.contact us.

 

Account no. GB********

Your latest mobile bill is ready to view online. Just click on the link below and log in using your username and password.

http://www.bt.com/youraccount/mobilebill

Your Direct Debit will be taken as normal. Please see your bill for the date that payment will be taken.
