Just received the following email telling me my Mobile bill is available on line, guess what when I get there its:
Account no. GB********Hello,Your latest mobile bill is ready to view online. Just click on the link below and log in using your username and password.http://www.bt.com/youraccount/mobilebillYour Direct Debit will be taken as normal. Please see your bill for the date that payment will be taken.Yours online,The Mobile Online Services Team
That's not great at all. Drop me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to this page for reference and the account details and I'll see what I can find out.
