I upgraded one of the handset plans on my account in December. There were issues with the order on the BT systems, and it resulted in it having to be manually processed - my order history is a jumble of different provisioning orders.
I've been billed correctly for the new upgraded handset and SIM plan, but the £5 monthly discount for having BT Broadband hasnt been applied to the upgraded contract - it's still active on my other handsets fine.
Are any Mods on here able to help? Havent been able to get through by phone.
