My mobile contract has just expired. Decided to move to BT SIM only deal. (Have BT landline, broadband, wife and daughter also on BT SIM only). Arranged for my existing mobile number to be ported. Come the appointed day (24/04/17) - guess what? My mobile number has been ported to my daughter! She has my number, I have an emergency number that no-one knows, which is still not working.
To rub salt into the wound, BT say that the earliest they can resolve the issue is Friday 28th April. Thanks BT
