Ordered a phone - delivered two weeks ago - only SIM card - having spoken twice to BT still have no resolution - tried calling today and twice they have hung up

I'm sorry that your mobile has not been delivered and that your call today got disconnected.
The Mod team don't deal with BT Mobile but we could try and chase this up with the mobile team for you. When you called today were you provided with any information about what was going to happen next?
