I do hope someone can help. I have tried live chat but there is no one available.
I followed the link to upgrade my mobile and completed the order. The order in my bt is now only showing the sim changes and the order for the iPhone 11 black is not there. It has also been marked as complete as of 4th August.
I believe there was a glitch when it was linked to my current number and it lost the full order.
I am not sure where I go from here, apart from sitting on hold on the phone.
Ring 150 from your BT Mobile or 0800 800 150, ask for the 'Mobile Connections' team, they can see what went on with the order and replace if needed.
