Mod help needed? BT refuse to give me sport on BT TV

Hi

I have BT Sport on Sky at present. I would like it transfered to BT TV (via ADSL as my inifinity doesnt arrive till Oct). I rang and the guy said it ccouldnt be done as my estimated speed was 1-5.5mb/s. At present i'm synced at 6.5mb/s (so I'm guessing they just use the wholesale checker for their estimates?)

Is there anything i can do? My speed is never less than 6mb.
