Mod please help: BT Retail Server problems since 7th November.

I have had a very patchy internet connection on my Infinity 2 service for a week or two. I looked on the BT status page, entered my number and I do have a fault on my line.

It is the well reported BT Retail Server problem since the 7th November. The fault number is Edited by Mod

The mods will contact you within 3/5 days. As it says in the confirmation message: "Our aim is to get back to you in 48 hrs. But at busier times, it could take longer as we are a small specialised team."

Messages are dealt with in order of receipt to make it fair for everyone, so you are in a queue of other customers needing support from the mods. They will message you when your message reaches the top of the mailbox 🙂
