I have a BT home hub 5 type A and for the last so many months I have been unable to upload large files such as vimeo video files or zip files to send to clients. It appears anything larger than 30mb causes the modem to reset at that point and stops the upload. With places like vimeo this is fatal as the upload does not simply restart from where it was but instead cancels and waits for a restart. Continue ad infinitum..
I tried via the chat help about a month ago to solve the problem but all the usual recommendations had no effect. I restarted, returned modem to original settings, split signal into 2 and 5 kh etc. All help gratefully received!! Thanks

is there any info I could provide that would help diagnose the problem? Thanks again
are you a business user as against a residential user?
residential user
you up data speed is higher than I would expect for adsl2 so are you on faster broadband (fibre connection)
is there any reason you know of why uploading files would consistently (and I mean like clockwork consistently) cause a connection to fail?
Can you go to hub manager then troubleshooting then helpdesk and post your router stats
