Hi All,
For the last few weeks I have been unable to get anything more than 27392kbps on my connection.
This is taken from the Home Hub Connection page in Advanced settings. I had a minimum Guarentee of 54Mbps when I signed up and got close to this on the 52Mbps Package. When I first got the package it would connect at a good 44Mbps which I felt was acceptable but it just seems to be getting slower.
My Router is plugged into the only phone port in the house and my PC is directly connected via Ethernet.

Broadband availability checker
Please remember to edit out your phone number before you post the results.
The speed drop couild be due to crosstalk, as more users get connected to the cabinet.
Line 7 of your router stats shows that your line is capable of 50M. Can you re-post the stats when connected to the test socket behind the removable faceplate of the master socket. If there is no improvement you need an engineer visit.
I do not have that kind of socket I am afraid. I have just a socket, that is directly plugged into the main line.
Ignore the mess we have flooring being fitted atm.
I presume you have tried manually re-syncing the line to see if there is an improvement.
Try a quiet line test 17070 option 2 preferably with a corded phone. There should be no noise between announcements.
If the is any noise report a line fault with no mention of broadband.
Took a while to dig out the phone but it seems Quiet to me
@licquorice @Keith_Beddoe. Am I reading this wrong? The max data rate is 50Mbps, admittedly lower than the checker shows, but the noise margin is way high and isn't 27.4Mbps one of the banded profiles?
