To quote my previous post...
"It's only my opinion..."
"...including customers with older problems than mine."
It's 9 weeks since I first contacted BT... 9 weeks, 8 phonecalls, 5 emails... and still, nothing that resembles a solution is visible.
Maybe I was naiive to think that once I got help from a moderator, the problem might be resolved in a day or two... but it's been 9 days since he first contacted me, and if anything, things seem to have gone backwards. He's not replied to my last email, and I'm starting to feel abandoned.
Not only have I not received any refund, but BT have now stopped generating bills for me. My billing date passed by over a week ago. So I can't even see if they are planning to pay me any of the money back they owe me, or continue to overcharge me. No explanation, just... nothing.
So I find myself back here again, wondering, when DID things start to go this wrong at BT? I mean, I had problems years ago, but nothing that took more that a few days to resolve. Not 9 weeks. How are BT not... embarrassed? Embarrassed by this inability to sort out simple problems?
Hi richiejames,
Thanks for posting. I'm still chasing this for you and have dropped you an email today.
Cheers
David
Just to conclude my thread here...
After an initial delay, moderator DavidM did indeed do an effective job at resolving my bill issue and fixing another problem as well, thank you to him.
It's such a shame that the call centre staff can't be given the same level of training (and power) to deal with problems this effectively... I feel sorry for anyone who gives up on Phone Support but doesn't find their way here.
I have been overcharged since june 2014 regarding my renewal agreement . Sent email to CEO and was directed to executive division . Told to wait 4 months for resolution , never happened . One year on i'm so disgusted by customer support that i'm moving elsewhere , Bt now threatens me with "early termination charges " despite still owing me .
WHAT DOES ONE HAVE TO DO TO OBTAIN ACTION ?
