Monthly pass purchase and app error codes

I, like many others it appears - had purchased a monthly pass to enjoy the UFC live tonight. Little did I know how unreliable the service would be. No form of app will allow me to log in to view the event, ranging from ID006 to CN404 errors. I've since tried to log in and cancel my reoccurring subscription but it appears nigh on impossible to do! I assume we will be refunded for the lack of opportunity to watch this live event, should I ever actually get in contact with someone at BT....

I',ve now spoken to two different agents via the chat function and have been handed around and then the chat was cut by the agent, saying my issue had been resolved without speaking. I'm becoming a bit frustrated now. I took screenshots of these chats, anyone able to advise?
