I notice now that the event log contains more diagnostic information.
For example, where it previously said "IN: BLOCK [9] Packet invalid in connection", it now says "IN: BLOCK [9] Packet invalid in connection (Invalid tcp flags for current tcp state:"
It was a criticism I had in the past that the event log didn't give enough information when a firewall rule blocked a packet. I guess now it does.
